Meet Ashlee Martenfeld, M.Ed.
Founder & Director, Parent Child Connect
Hi, I’m Ashlee—the founder of Parent Child Connect and a passionate advocate for children and families. I’ve spent over a decade supporting children with learning differences, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges right here in Palm Beach and Broward County. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Psychology and a dual Master’s in Exceptional Student Education (ESE) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Florida Atlantic University. I started Parent Child Connect to assist families build stronger, more connected relationships with their children. Parent Child Connect works closely with families, educators, and caregivers to create realistic routines, improve communication, and foster emotional resilience — so home can feel more peaceful, and school more productive. Additionally, we help families navigate early signs of developmental, behavioral, or learning challenges — including guidance through the evaluation and diagnosis process.
Whether a child has a diagnosis, no diagnosis, or a suspected diagnosis, Parent Child Contact focuses on parents and educators understand the “why” behind the behavior — and what to do about it. I believe every child can thrive with the right support—and every parent deserves a support system who truly listens.
